Important: if a phone/tablet is in a protective case, it may be not possible to plug the InputStick BT5-C. Most protective cases are designed to accept a USB plug that is about 12mm wide, while the InputStick BT5-C is 20mm wide, which makes it impossible to insert it correctly into the connector.
